Refund Policy

30‑Day Defective Returns

If an item arrives defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Provide your order number and a short description (photos/video help us resolve faster).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. We’ll verify the issue and, if eligible, send a prepaid label.
  3. Pack the item with all accessories and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are typically issued 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Prefer a replacement? We can resend once authorized. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right—replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. After payment capture and packing, a processing fee may apply to cover irreversible costs.

Non‑Returnable Situations

  • Intentional damage or misuse.
  • Returns without original components that impact functionality.
  • Items returned outside the 30‑day defective window without prior approval.
