Product Description
Monitor an outdoor entrance, patio or section of your yard with a fixed-view camera that combines solar-supported power and wireless app access. The solar panel sits above the camera body, keeping the charging surface and viewing unit together on the wall-mounted assembly. This arrangement is useful where you want a camera view without running a network cable to the location.
The camera uses a 3MP CMOS image sensor and records an image size of 2288 × 1288 at 12 frames per second. Its 4.0mm lens provides the fixed view of the area in front of the unit. Through the iCSee app, you can look at activity from your phone rather than needing to stand near the camera.
PIR detection supports activity alerts, helping draw your attention to movement in the monitored area. Two-way voice communication lets you listen near the camera and speak through it. That is practical for talking to a visitor at a gate or giving an instruction to someone standing within its view.
Infrared night viewing and an IR-CUT day/night system support use as lighting changes. The specified minimum illumination is 0.01 lux for colour viewing and 0.001 lux for black-and-white viewing. These low-light specifications accompany the day/night functionality without requiring the area to remain brightly lit at all times.
Recorded footage can be stored on a TF memory card up to 128GB, and cloud storage is also supported. Cycle overwrite allows the storage to be reused as newer footage replaces older recordings. H.264+ and H.265X video compression are supported to reduce the amount of data used by video.
Solar charging works with the camera's battery-based power system. The solar panel is specified at 8W, with a DC 5V input for the camera. Positioning the panel where it receives sunlight is part of setting up its solar-supported operation.
