Track Your Shipment

How Tracking Works

Use your carrier tracking number (not the order confirmation code) to see scan events in real time. Tracking typically activates within a few hours after the carrier picks up your parcel.

Status Glossary

  • Label Created: The label is printed—waiting on the carrier’s first scan.
  • In Transit: Your parcel is moving through the network.
  • Out for Delivery: On the truck and expected today.
  • Delivered: Carrier marked as delivered; check mailroom, porch, or neighbors.
  • Exception: Weather, address issues, or other delays—contact us if it persists.

Troubleshooting

  • If tracking shows “Label Created” for more than 48 hours, message support with your order number.
  • For “Delivered” but not received, check with household members, building staff, and neighbors; then contact us to start a trace.
