PoE Bullet Security Camera – H.265 & Audio

Build a wired view of an entrance, driveway or outdoor access area with this metal bullet IP security camera. It combines Ethernet networking, Power over Ethernet support, audio capture and day-to-night lighting options in a fixed-view design. The adjustable mounting bracket lets you aim the camera during installation, making it useful for a location where you want a consistent view of a particular area.

The RJ45 connection supports 48 V PoE, allowing a compatible PoE switch or PoE network video recorder to supply power and carry the network connection through the same Ethernet cable. A separate 12 V DC power connector is also provided. This gives a wired surveillance setup a practical choice of power arrangement without depending on a camera battery.

Night viewing has different lighting behaviours. With the white light off, infrared illumination supports a black-and-white view. Turning on the white light enables colour viewing in the illuminated area. A smart colour mode switches the white light on when movement is detected, and manual spotlight control is also available. These choices let you balance visible lighting with the kind of nighttime view you want around the monitored location.

The microphone provides one-way audio capture, adding sound to the video view and recordings when supported by the connected system. H.265 compression helps use network bandwidth and recording storage efficiently; the amount of storage used still depends on the recording settings and activity in the scene.

ONVIF compatibility supports integration with compatible network recorders and surveillance systems. In a suitable network setup, viewing can extend to a smartphone or computer through the connected system's remote-access functions. The camera itself uses a wired Ethernet connection.

The metal enclosure has an IP67 rating for outdoor installation, and the mounting plate provides a fixed attachment point. This camera is suited to someone adding a wired surveillance position to an existing compatible system or planning a PoE installation with a steady camera view, selectable nighttime illumination and captured audio.
