Pen Voice Recorder – Sound Activation & Noise Reduction

Write notes and capture the spoken detail alongside them with this pen-format voice recorder. It functions as a writing pen as well as an audio recorder, so you can mark key points on paper while keeping a recording to revisit later. The black metal body and pocket clip give it a familiar place in a notebook, pen pouch or work bag.

A top control starts recording with a press; pressing again ends and saves the recording. Sound-activated mode records when sound is detected and pauses during silence. This is useful for discussions with gaps between speakers or for recording your own ideas without filling the file with long quiet stretches.

Digital noise reduction helps filter surrounding noise, and automatic gain adjustment manages changes in the incoming sound level. These functions support speech recording in everyday environments, such as a meeting or study session. Keeping the microphone near the voices you want to capture remains useful when choosing where to place the pen.

The recorder has 8 GB of storage and saves recordings in WAV format, with a 48 kHz sampling rate. Filenames use the recording date and creation time, making it easier to distinguish sessions when organising your audio. A recording can complement your written notes when you want to revisit wording, an explanation or a sequence of ideas.

Wired-headset playback lets you listen to recordings directly, with track switching and volume adjustment through the playback controls. The player also supports MP3, WMA and WAV audio files. This adds a listening function when you want to review material away from a computer.

USB connectivity provides file access, and compatible Android phones with USB OTG support can read and copy recording files using a suitable connection. Separating the pen body exposes the USB socket while keeping it covered during normal writing use.

A built-in lithium battery offers up to approximately 15 hours of recording on a full charge, with actual use affecting duration. The pen measures approximately 14 cm long and 1.5 cm in diameter and weighs approximately 46 g. Its ink refill can be replaced, keeping the writing function useful alongside the recorder.
