V8S Sound Card – Voice Changer Effects

Add hands-on voice effects and audio adjustments to a recording or streaming setup with the V8S sound card. This compact desktop console brings microphone, accompaniment and monitoring controls together with buttons for sound effects. It is useful for spoken streams, karaoke sessions and creative recordings where you want to change the sound or introduce an effect while performing.

Large microphone and echo knobs sit on either side of the level indicators. The microphone control gives you a direct adjustment point for the voice input, while echo lets you add that effect without navigating a recording application's menus. Smaller knobs provide treble, bass, accompaniment, recording and monitoring adjustments, helping you organise voice and backing audio from the same panel.

Ten dedicated effect buttons include cheer, laughter, kiss and gunshot options. They let you introduce a sound cue during a live segment or recording, such as adding applause after a performance or a humorous response during a conversation. Voice-changing functions, including pitch effects, provide another creative option for character voices or playful spoken content. A mute button is available for quickly stopping the microphone contribution.

The connection panel provides two condenser-microphone inputs, a headset connection, a monitoring output and an accompaniment input. Separate LIVE 1 and LIVE 2 connections support a setup involving two connected phones, while the USB PC/live connection provides computer connectivity and charging. The monitoring output gives headphones or a speaker a connection point for listening to the setup.

The two microphone inputs make the layout useful for a conversation involving two speakers with suitable microphones. An accompaniment source can also be brought into the setup for karaoke or a performance with backing audio. Coloured level indicators provide a visible reference alongside the controls.

The console measures approximately 13 cm wide by 10.5 cm deep, keeping the controls in a small desktop footprint. Its appeal is the immediate access to levels, tone, echo and sound cues when you want audio effects to be part of the performance itself.
