Prepare sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, grated potato and other vegetables over a bowl that collects the pieces as you work. This manual preparation set combines interchangeable cutting inserts with a handled bowl, draining basket, handguard and separate peeler. The round cutting platform fits over the bowl and has a long handle to steady it during use. Change the rectangular insert to change the cut: the set includes three shredding styles, slicing inserts, a grating insert and a patterned cutting insert. Different inserts let you prepare fine or coarser vegetable strips, slices and grated ingredients using the same base. The metal blades work through the produce as you move it across the surface by hand, with no motor or power connection required.

A knob-style handguard holds produce against the cutting surface while keeping your hand above the blade area. The separate Y-shaped peeler handles the earlier preparation step, such as removing cucumber or potato skin before slicing. For smaller flavouring ingredients, the grating surface can be used for garlic; the set also supports grating cheese for a topping.

The bowl-and-strainer arrangement adds a useful washing stage. Vegetables can be soaked or rinsed in the bowl, then drained through the perforated section. Its handle helps you control the container while tipping out water, and the outer bowl keeps water contained during soaking. This makes it convenient to move from cutting to rinsing or draining within the same preparation set.

The body is made from PP plastic, with pink and blue colour options. The parts are dishwasher safe, making cleanup easier after a preparation session. This tool is intended for vegetable slicing, shredding and grating; it is not designed to crush nuts. With the collecting bowl directly below the cutting surface, you can keep each batch together until it is ready to add to your meal.
