Having both values together makes it easier to decide when you would like to adjust your room's heating, cooling or humidification settings.
Custom thresholds let you choose the conditions that matter to you and receive app notifications when readings cross those limits. Rather than repeatedly opening the app to look for a change, you can use these alerts to draw your attention to a room becoming warmer, colder, drier or more humid than your preferred range. Connected access also lets you view readings while away from home.
The app offers historical records for up to six months, giving you a way to compare current conditions with earlier readings. This is helpful when looking at changes across the day or noticing how a room responds to different heating and ventilation routines. Supported smart-home scenes can link the sensor's readings with compatible air-conditioning, humidifying or dehumidifying equipment. Those automations require compatible connected equipment and configuration within the smart-home system.
Alexa and Google Home integration provide another way to access supported sensor information through your connected setup. The sensor itself has a simple round white housing with a thermometer symbol and indicator light, keeping its appearance unobtrusive in a room. It is battery-operated, with batteries included, and offers a low-battery reminder.
