Vegetable Cutter – Slicer & Grater

Prepare slices, strips and grated ingredients with one compact manual vegetable cutter. Five interchangeable blade inserts fit into the same handheld frame, letting you change the cut for a salad, side dish or everyday meal without reaching for several separate tools. The straight slicing insert is useful for cucumber rounds, lemon slices and potatoes prepared for chips. Other inserts create vegetable strips or grated textures for preparing carrots, potatoes, onions and ginger. Choosing an insert changes the result while keeping the same sliding motion along the frame. This makes it practical when a recipe needs more than one cut style.

A handle at the upper end gives you a place to hold the body while working over a plate, bowl or preparation surface. The long grooved face guides the ingredient towards the blade opening. PP forms the frame, and stainless steel is used for the cutting blades. The manual design gives you direct control over each pass of the food across the selected insert.

The supplied hand guard has pins underneath to hold the ingredient. Its top push button helps advance the remaining portion as you slice, keeping your grip on the holder rather than directly around the food. It is especially useful when working with a potato or another ingredient that can be secured on the pins.

The set contains the main body, five blade inserts, the hand guard and a separate peeling tool. Storage positions along the frame keep spare inserts together, reducing the number of loose pieces in the drawer. The cutter is dishwasher safe for cleanup after preparation.

For a typical salad, use the slicing insert for cucumber and a strip insert for carrots, collecting each ingredient in a bowl below. The ability to exchange inserts and store them with the frame is the main benefit for a kitchen where practical preparation tools need to fit into limited storage space.
