WiFi Smart Plug – Remote App Control & Energy Monitoring

Bring switching and power-use information together with this Wi-Fi smart plug. It provides a grounded US-format connection for one compatible appliance, with app control, consumption history and timing functions for managing that outlet.

Power statistics give you a view of the connected appliance's electricity use. Consumption history adds a longer perspective than simply seeing an on/off state, helping you compare use across different operating routines. This is useful when you want to understand how a suitable lamp or other device is being used over time.

Schedules let you set planned switching times, while the countdown function can turn the outlet off after a selected interval. These are useful for different situations: a schedule suits a regular routine, and a countdown suits a temporary session. The connected appliance still needs to behave appropriately when power is switched, since the plug controls its electrical supply rather than its internal controls.

Voice support includes compatible Alexa and Google Home setups, giving you another way to operate the outlet through the supported connected service. A side button also provides local access, useful when you are standing beside the plug and want to switch it directly.

The plug uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi with 802.11b/g/n support. Phone-system requirements start at Android 4.4 or iOS 9 for the supported app setup. A manual is included to guide operation of the plug and its connected functions.

Electrical input is 100–240 V, with a 10 A current rating. Both the appliance and the supplying outlet need to suit the connection and remain within their applicable limits. The plug does not convert mains voltage. Its ABS/PC body is approximately 1.97 inches in diameter and overall length, offering a compact indoor adapter format.

For a suitable existing appliance, the combination of power history, app switching and timed operation gives you practical control without replacing the appliance itself.
