Choose from 55 chimes to find a sound you recognise. Five volume levels let you adjust the alert to the room, including a silent setting shown on the controls graphic. A quieter setting suits a nearby receiver, while a higher setting can help the chime stand out when there is other activity in the home. The receiver's LED ring flashes as a visual alert, giving you another way to notice a ring while working, listening to music or keeping the chime muted.

The wireless range is rated up to 1,000 feet. Walls, building materials and the relative positions of the button and receiver affect reception, so the practical distance inside a building can be shorter. Place the receiver where the sound and flashing light will be useful in your normal routine, such as near a kitchen or work area.

The receiver uses a US-style plug and supports 110–240V input. It measures 82 × 82 × 22 mm, while the slim button measures 85 × 34 × 15 mm.
