View a room, adjust the camera's direction and start a call with a single button using this indoor 5MP PTZ camera. It combines room viewing with two-way audio and a one-touch call function, making it useful for keeping in touch with someone at home or looking in on a pet while you are elsewhere.
The 5MP camera provides a detailed view of the indoor scene. Pan movement extends through 355°, allowing you to turn the view across much of a room from one fixed position. Automatic tracking helps the camera follow movement within its view, reducing the need to continually adjust the direction yourself. Place it where furniture and other objects do not block the area you want to see.
The O-Kam Pro app provides connected viewing and camera controls. The camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi, giving you a choice of supported network bands during setup. A 4× digital zoom function in the app enlarges part of the image for a closer view. Digital zoom crops and magnifies the existing picture rather than changing the lens optically, so the amount of visible detail depends on the original image.
Night viewing includes colour night vision as well as a monochrome night view. This gives you options for observing the room when lighting changes, with performance affected by the lighting and distance within the scene. It is useful for seeing activity around a living area or a pet's resting spot after daylight fades.
Two-way audio lets you listen and speak through the camera. The physical call button gives the person beside it a direct way to initiate communication through the supported camera system. This is convenient for a short conversation with family without navigating a phone interface at the camera end.
A power adapter is supplied, and the equipment includes mounting screws, a base latch, a power lead and instructions. Position it on a stable indoor surface or use the mounting parts for a suitable fixed installation. Leave enough clearance for camera movement and route the power cable securely away from children and pets.
