Product Description
Review your pet's location information from a tracker designed to sit at the collar. The compact rectangular unit has a stated weight of 28 g and is shown with a collar attachment that holds it close to the strap. This format is useful for keeping the location device with your pet while viewing information from a phone, rather than carrying a separate handheld receiver alongside them.
GPS-based positioning is combined with additional location methods, including assisted positioning, Wi-Fi positioning and mobile-network location information. Different surroundings affect which signals are available and how precise a location estimate can be. A displayed position is useful information when looking for your pet, but it does not guarantee an exact point in every indoor or outdoor setting.
Geofence settings let you define a virtual area for monitoring, while location history gives you a way to review previously recorded positions. These functions can help you understand movement around a familiar area and see the route represented by the recorded data. The geofence is a digital monitoring boundary; it does not physically keep an animal inside that area.
Connected operation requires an activated SIM and a compatible mobile-network service. The tracker needs both suitable positioning signals and network connectivity to send information for remote viewing. It is therefore best understood as a connected location device, with service availability forming part of its setup and everyday operation.
The housing has IP67 protection for dust and water resistance. Keep its charging contacts clean and dry before charging, rather than treating the rating as permission for prolonged underwater use. Contact charging provides a way to replenish the rechargeable unit, and the removable attachment helps with taking it off for that purpose.
This tracker adds location information to a pet-care routine. Use a comfortably fitted collar and retain ordinary supervision, identification and secure boundaries, with the phone view and recorded history serving as additional tools when you want to know where your pet has been.
